Payements
Payments are effected by bank transfer to the amount of the services’ price, VAT inclusive, to Amazing Ethiopia Tours account before the event. Expenses on transferring the money and on any bank commission fees are borne by the Customer.
DEPOSIT
Payments are effected by bank transfer to the amount of the services’ price, VAT inclusive, to Amazing Ethiopia Tours
1° DEPOSIT: 25 % to book the Date
2° DEPOSIT: 75% of the remaining amount within 30 days prior to the event.
REGISTRATION
Program contracts and service agreements become valid upon Amazing Ethiopia Tours confirmation of the booking by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone.
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is requested at the time of confirmation.
The remainder of the total cost is payable 30 days before the beginning date of the tour.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of confirmed bookings received more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation penalty of US $200 per person.
Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total tour rate.
Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour rate.
