Day 1- Arrive in Addis Ababa international Airport. Overnight

DAY-2. Drive to Arbaminch In the afternoon Visit the Dorze tribe,
one of the many small groups of southern Ethiopia. Once warriors,
the Dorze have now turned to farming and weaving to earn a living.
Their success in the field of weaving has been phenomenal and
the Dorze name is synonymous with best woven cotton cloth. Each
amazing Dorze bamboo house has its own small garden surrounded
by beds of spices, cabbage and tobacco. Overnight Swaynes Hotel

Day 3-After break fast drive to Nech Sar National Park for game
viewing. After lunch break in the afternoon head to Lake Chamo
for a visit of Hippos and Crocodile market. O/n Swayenes Hotel

TURMI
DAY- 4 Turmi is going to be our base for the next two days as
we explore the different regions and meet the different tribes
who live a life of their own. This day will be dedicated to
the Hamer, one of the most beautiful and dignified people in
the Omo basin. The women wear elegant leather skirts festooned
with tiny pearls. Elaborate hairstyles are another form of personal
adornment. Hamer women wear their hair in dense ringlets smeared
with mud and clarified butter and topped off with a headdress
featuring oblongs of gleaming aluminum. Overnight Camping

DAY-5 In the morning drive to Omo rate and crossing the Omo
River by boat to visit the Galab village in the bank of the
lower Omo valley.In the afternoon we drive towards the Dimeka
area to see the market of Benna,Tsemay and hamer ethnic group,
experts in body painting. Overnight Turmi camping

MURULLE
DAY-6 This day we drive towards the Murulle area to see the
Karo ethnic group, experts in body painting, using clays and
locally available vegetable pigments to trace fantastic patterns
on each other's faces, chests, arms and legs. Karo men also
sculpt and shave their hair into extravagant shapes, with special
ochre "caps" of hair usually containing several ostrich

MURULLE- MAGO
DAY -7 On this day have a game drive in the mago National Park
to see the Gazelle, Bekele Mollla e, Defarsa Water buck, Wild
pigs, different bird species and much more. O/n camping
MAGO- JINKA
DAY-8 This is an interesting day seeing how the lifestyle of
bygone days is still being lived in the most renowned people
of the Omo Valley. Day excursion to visit Mursi village and
The insertion of wooden and terracotta discs into the ear lobes
is a widespread custom and Mursi women also progressively split
and stretch their lower lips to make room for similar discs

JINKA-KONSO
DAY-9 After break fast drive Jinka- Konso. A visit of Konso
village, a pagan people, erects eerie wooden totems replete
with phallic symbols over the graves of the dead and have numerous
cults based around the breeding and veneration of serpents.
The cornerstone of Konso culture, however, is a highly specialized
and successful agricultural economy that, through terracing
buttressed with stone, enable these people to extract a productive
living from a none-too-fertile hills and valleys that surround
them. An excellent day to meet the people, take photographs
with them and learn of a culture that has had very little outside

KONSO-YABELLO
DAY-10 In the morning drive to Yabelo to visit the singing wells
and village of Borena in El Sod. See the scenery and the Sidama
tribe with their cultural houses. Overnight Mobil Hotel
YABELLO-AWASSA
DAY-11 Drive to Awassa the capital city of the southern region,
which is very popular in fish market and its volcanic lake.
We will visit the fish market and a boat trip on the lake to
see endemic birds and the market area. Overnight in Wabishebelle

JIMMA
DAY-12 After break fast head to Jimma another eastern corner
of the country famous for its best kind of coffee and also by
its being a home to the origina of coffee. On the way visit
the dawro people and also admire the Omo River. O/n Welde Argaw

JIMMA-TULGIT
DAY-13 After early break fast head to Tulgit, the first settlement
for the Surma people. On the way visit the tea plantation farm
in Gumero area. O/n Camping
TULGIT-KIBISH
DAY-14 After break fast in the camping site, make a vist to
the near by village of the Surma people and head to Kibish,
another settlement for the Surma people which share the same
cultural treats with the Mursi people. O/n Camping
KIBISH
DAY-15 Have a full day visit to the near by villages of the
Surma people. It is possible to arrange Donga, a traditional
stick fighting ceremony up on a common agreement with you. O/n

TULGIT
DAY-16 After a final visit to the villages and settlements of
Surma in Kibish drive back to Tulgit for O/n stay
TULGIT-JIMMA
DAY-17 On this day have a visit to Bebeka government coffee
plantation agriculture field. O/n Welde Argaw Hotel
NEKEMT
Day 18 after visit to Nekemt Musem head to Dembidolo. On the
way visit the Anger falls. O/n local Hotel
GAMBELLA
Day 19- drive Dembidolo -Gambella en route admiring the beauty
of the area and through the Gibe river, one of the tributary
of Blue Nile O/n Ethiopia Hotel
GAMBELLA
Day 20 - Early in the morning drive to Baro River to visit the
Nuer,Mezenger and Anuak people. O/n Ethiopia Hotel
JIMMA- ADDIA ABABA
DAY-21. Fly to Addis Ababa. Up on arrival in Addis, be transferred
for a traditional dinner and dancing and finally be transferred
finally to the airport for a final flight back home.
